RMA & Warranty Policy

 

RMA and Warranty Regulation

If the following regulation contains any inconsistency or omission of the national policy, the national policy shall prevail. For performance faults caused by product quality issues, partner can enjoy the following services:

  1. The warranty period is 12 months for the main device, and 6 months for the accessories.
  2. To claim the rights of return and replacement, partner must present valid proof of purchase, list of faulty items with descriptions.
  3. For other elements of the product (such as the user manual, warranty card, etc.), we do not undertake any responsibility of return, replacement or warranty.

RMA Repair Instructions

RMA repair only applies to devices being used in normal conditions. If the device is damaged due to reasons other than quality or due to one of the following, it shall be not entitled to warranty replacement or repair.

  1. Outside the warranty time period;
  2. Without valid proof of purchase;
  3. Damage caused by device operation which is not in accordance with the manual;
  4. Damage caused by disassembling without permission from manufacturer;
  5. Damage caused by force majeure;
  6. Device damages caused by using non-original accessories;

RMA Handling Process

  1. Partner shall complete the RMA worksheet as required, with clear and valid descprition information.
  2. On manufacturer’s approval, partner shall pack all RMA products in good condition and send back to appionted address.
  3. On receiving the RMA products, manufacturer shall confirm the receipt and update the repair conditions. If there is extra cost for the repaire, partner has to be notified.
  4. On confirming with partner, manufacturer shall send out the repaired products at its cost or with a new order from partner.
