ZT-TFRK100 is a traffic front-end sensing millimeter wave radar based on the 24GHz ISM frequency band. - The IP address of the radardevice is unknown
Connect the radar device directly to the laptop, open the client software, click on ‘Search for Devices’ in the interface, and the online device IP will be displayed in the device list.
- Abnormal data from the radar
Check whether the device installation meets the specifications in terms of height and angle, whether the equipment has been configured through client software, and whether the configuration information is accurate.
- Abnormal disconnection of radar
Check whether the network communication status of the device is normal, whether the IP address can communicate normally, and then confirm whether the device is powered normally and the voltage is stable. The device requires a 24V DC power supply.
